Equipment & services

More context from the same core.

The Geotek core logging system brings multiple analytical methods together in a consistent core-scanning workflow. It allows geological materials to be measured systematically while preserving the spatial relationship between observations.

X-ray fluorescence and spectral gamma-ray measurements can support geological characterization, comparison between core intervals, and integration with hyperspectral and other project datasets.

Analytical capabilities

Complementary measurements. One core-logging workflow.

Geotek combines analytical techniques that can be interpreted individually or integrated with broader geological and hyperspectral datasets.

Geotek X-ray fluorescence equipment used for drill-core analysisXRF

X-ray fluorescence

XRF measurements provide elemental information that can support material characterization, geological interpretation, and comparison between core intervals.

Geotek spectral gamma-ray equipment used for drill-core analysisSGR

Spectral gamma ray

Spectral gamma-ray measurements record naturally occurring radiation and can contribute to lithological characterization, correlation, and geological interpretation.

Capabilities

Built for systematic core characterization.

Measurements can support characterization, comparison, interpretation, and integration with other analytical datasets.
